• Drywood termites live on top of the ground and we either fumigate the home or liquid treat the home and warranty the home for the lifetime of the contract. This lifetime warranty is for both subterranean and drywood termites. This includes a free termite inspection of the entire home. Rodent Control and Exclusion

• Rodent Control involves using different products to trap or bait and remove the mice or rodents from the affected area.
• After the initial treatment we follow up several days later and remove the mice and rodents and check the affected area for entry points that allowed the rodents in, to begin with.
• We then seal all those points of entry which is called exclusion.
• We will also recommend a bait station with bait to put outside your house to keep the rodent population down.

Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Pest Control

• Monthly pest control is usually performed in homes with bad ant problems or are not kept clean.
• Restaurants are done monthly because roaches are brought in on deliveries and need to be serviced monthly to maintain control.
• Quarterly pest control is done on 95% of our homes. We treat the inside of the home and perimeter treat the outside of the home as well. The inside of the home should never have to be done again , as the perimeter treatment keeps the insects from entering the home.
• We will come out if you call with an inside problem and take care of the problem on the same day you call.
• Annual pest control involves treating the entire inside and outside of the home with a lot more baiting done on the home which has a longer residual.
